Rural communities employ over four million Canadians and account for almost 30% of the national GDP. Rural Canada supplies food, water, and energy for urban centers, sustaining the industries that contribute to Canada’s prosperous economy.\nCandidates who are interested in applying must make sure that they meet the federal requirements for the program, plus the requirements set out by each community. Given the amount of preparation time needed to apply for immigration it certainly isn’t too early to begin the application process now, beginning by familiarizing yourself with the requirements of this pilot.
